Returns and exchanges

Please send us an email with the request at annie@marellaboutique.com.

We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

No money return only store credit or exchanges.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been sent by email, Marella is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delay, lost, wrong delivered or stolen packages that may happen with the postal service.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, and exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items( which are final sale), jewelry, belts, or gift cards. Gift cards automatically expire after 3 months.
